Steroids, interferon: A flair up of ms is often treated with IV steroids. You should be on an immunmodulating medication to avoid flair ups all together.

Relapse: Assume you are asking for guidance regarding treatment of relapses. Classically, use either oral steroids or intravenous Solumedrol, (methylprednisolone) but Acthar is also available.. If severe or the above fails, could try plasmapheresis. Am a bit confused with your meds, as fail to see basic treatment agent for MS. Hope you are taking such an item.

Steroids for MS: Corticosteroids such as prednisone or solumedrol (methylprednisolone) are often used to treat flare ups or attacks of multiple sclerosis. Your neurologist will know this.
