Tylenol + local ice pack every 6 hours as needed. If stomach issue prevents you from taking NSAIDs, celecoxib can be used but you need doctor's script.

I have seen tendinitis or tendon injury of the deltoid area from poorly delivered & misdirected intramuscular vaccinations. I agree with Dr. Le's advice. See your physician if not improving.
