On june 10 i got my first covid shot my arm is still tender spot where i got shot is slightly swullen is this normal?

Yes- probably nothing to worry about. But if the arm is swollen lower in the arm under where the shot was given or if there is redness or fever, you should probably have it checked out to make sure no infection or blood clot.
