A member asked:

Hi doctors. i'm having bloodwork. what do i do if just in case the covid antibody test indicates that i do not have antibodies? i was fully vaccinated at the end of march, and i had no reaction to either shot, except for a very mildly sore arm?

It is highly unlikely that you do not have antibodies after being fully vaccinated unless you have a chronic immunodeficiency state or are taking immunosuppressive medication. The lack of a "reaction" is not a reliable indicator of an immune response to the vaccine. First get the test and discuss the results with your physician and in the meantime continue to wear a mask when in high risk settings

There is not need for the test and there is no prescribed subsequent action based on the result you may get. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
