Left grade 3 vericocele surgery 2 years ago. max vein size after surgery was 1.8mm. had a recent usg done, max vein size is 2.1 mm(standing). i started doing workout few moths back, but i wear supporter. is it the reason? how to stop size increase?

The commonest cause of 'recurrence of a varicocele is inadequate 'ligation' /excision surgery. But ultrasound measurements could be off for they are operator driven. What was the need for post-op ultra sounds? If you have symptoms pl see your surgeon or get another opinion.
