Varicocele: It depends on your symptoms - most varicoceles cause no problems. The only reasons to consider repair currently are pain, testicular size discrepancy, and concerns about fertility (usually an issue in men trying to start a family).

Talk to surgeon: You have a varicocele in left testis. You don't want surgery. First talk to your surgeon. Explain to him your concerns. Many times a patients concerns are from family members experience. Talk to your surgeons about options. If it gets worse and you do want surgery then you already know who to talk to.
