You should be fine. Stone of that size will pass eventually. From now on, you should have a higher than average fluid intake, at least 2 liters a day & 2.5-3 liters if your body mass is above average. Eat less salt and animal protein for stone prevention in the mean time then see a urologist or nephrologist. Try to catch the stone with a strainer; stone analysis is very helpful for treatment.

Bladder stones can cause blood in urine. Pl drink a lot of water and strain your urine. This size stone should pass easily (pass it over a gauze or screen) so that you can catch the stone and have it analyzed. good luck
