Notify urologist: Some urinary bleeding is not unusual and is not worrisome if it's light and clots don't interfere with urination. Drinking lots of fluids is helpful in this regard. Avoid aspirin or antiinflammatories like Aleve,Advil which can increase bleeding tendency. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is ok. However if bleeding persists,becomes heavy and there are large clots, you must notify your urologist.
