Yes, but as a "void": (No pun intended). The bladder, if filled with water, would have shown up on the noncontrast CT scan. The water appears "black", & so not much detail would have been seen there unless a large "white" stone was also present. As with any test, a "normal" scan could be a false negative (missing a small stone or other problem), but in general, a negative scan is reassuring. Best of luck for your healt
