Hi. regarding a patient who has renal problems or is on dialysis and has a dental infection, in this case what kind of antibiotics & analgesics are safe.? does it need any dose modifications? also which antibiotics & analgesics to avoid in this case?

Amoxicillin & clindamycin are safe to use without dose modification. Among analgesics, acetaminophen with or without codeine is the preferred one.
