Dialysis: If the medication is eliminated by a normally functioning kidney, it can accumulate to dangerous levels in between dialysis treatments. Its best to check with your nephrologist (kidney doctor) before starting a new medication.

Depends: It depends if the medications are renally excreted and if they are dialyzable. If they are renally excreted and not dialyzable then they hang around in the body for a long time and have no way of being removed. If they are not renally excreted then the patient shouldn't have any problem with the medication.
