I have had the h pylori breath test and it was neg and my daughter had the stool sample and it was neg, but after having a stomach virus that went thru the family a few days ago, we have sulfur burps again. can a virus cause sulfur burps? retest h?

SEE BELOW: So called "stomach viruses" include Noro-, Astro-, and Rotavirus. H. pylori is a bacterium causing chronic active gastritis resulting in duodenal as well as gastric ulcer.
