I saw the doctor and he gave me these medications. i am going back tomorrow with a stool sample. i don't know why he did not do a breath test for h pylori. why do i have burning in the chest, left armpit and burning pain down the left arm?

These: Medications are not helping in your question. H Pylori can be checked in the stool as well. However. the type of symptoms you describe would be highly atypical for gastritis with pain going down the left arm having to be further investigated. Details matter and I hope a source for your symptoms will be found and treated soon.
