Ive had feelable 1/2 an inch submandibular, cervical and submental nodes for 2 years. there moveable and not painful. i also have no infection. could this be lyphoma? or could these just be feelable due to me being slim? im also only 18?

There is a good chance that it is a salivary gland that became slightly larger and became palpable through slim neck skin. If you feel more of these or this one becomes larger, have a physician check it.

Neck nodes can be palpable in most people especially if they have a thin body frame. Normal nodes are small, less than 1Cm to1.5Cm (half inch) and remain unchanged over a long period of time. Only if one or more of the nodes increases in size do you need to seek medical attention. Nodes affected by lymphoma typically keep growing in size over a period of few weeks to years.
