I have 3 bumps on my scalp that feel hard and slightly tender. ive removed them twice before in different places and after both times it was non cancerous and the doctors said it was fat build from the way my hair grows thus blocking the follicles?

Epidermal cyst: From the way of description by you it appears that you have epidermal cysts otherwise called sebacious cysts. These are most of the times harmless but a small percentage can turn into sebacious horn, sebacious carcinoma etc. Avoid hair products that are greasy and can potentially block the hair follicles. Some people have more tendency to get these than others. Consult ur PCP/ Surgeon if big.
