Little dot like bumps on outline of upper lip is it a cold sore? some are on the actual upper lip....should i see a dermatologist soon? please help.

Salivary glands: The lips can have very small salivary glands that might 'look abnormal' - especially if we are looking up very close in a mirror! If it was hurting, red and/or painful - then I would say that's a disease and could be something like herpes. Look back if you have any old pics - I bet you've had those little dots all along and only just recently noticed them. Nothing to worry about.
