Nocturia can be caused by different conditions so the treatment depends on the etiology. Silodoxin should be taken with a meal, at about the same time every day, regardless of your sleeping pattern. It may reduce the nocturia but likely not able to prevent it if you have BPH related nocturia. Healthy kidneys, limit fluid intake post dinner, void before bedtime and good sleep hygiene are important.

A little before bedtime. Silodosin works around the clock . Nocturia will improve gradually and time you take the med does not matter much.
