I have vertigo and anxiety and panic attacks just started taking steraline 50mg, everytime i yawn i feel like throwing up and being sick, bad headaches, when i swallow it is dry, and i'm feeling really really spaced is this normal with sertraline?

Yes, those are common side effects of sertraline. I would recommend to lower the dose in half and gradually increase dose as tolerated until your symptoms are under control.
