Too early: Too early; low dose (but ok to start). Symptoms sound more a product of the condition than the treatment. Do not take sam e (mentioned in your profile) with sertraline without asking your dr first.

Persevere.....: A common side effect of some ssris like zoloft (sertraline) is jitteriness especially on starting the medication. This can seem to worsen symptoms especially in one with anxiety. Talk to your prescribing doctor to see if either a change of medication or a temporary addition of another medication may be needed. If you can manage this side effect, it may get better as time goes. All the best.
