Woke up this morning heart racing 165-180 when paramedics arrived. they said svt but when i got to the er, tho doc released me with anxiety and high blood pressure. can any attacks send heart racing to 180? is it the new zoloft i'm taking?

Both severe tachycardia, up to 180 and SVT can be triggered by an anxiety attack but SVT may have symptoms resembling an anxiety attack though. With just monitor tracing severe tachycardia can be mistaken as SVT but a 12 lead EKG should help.
