My gastric sleeve incision was infected& alot of pus came out of it but blood culture test showed no germ. why? & is it better to repeat the test or only take the meds given by the dr which are flagyl 500mg 3times & ciprobay 500mg twice?

It means no germs in blood stream. It there were you would not feel like asking the question. Follow directions.
