If you are taking a new medication which could be its side effect. Night sweat is common in female, most of the time idiopathic if there are no associated symptoms such as weight loss, poor appetite, fatigue, etc.

If you do not have fever and have not lost weight, do not be concerned. Reduce the amount covers you use in bed. Using a fan may help. Sweating at night is the body's attempt to lose heat to lower the temperature that is a natural phenomenon. Wish you good health!
