Fever unknown origin: Drenching night sweats usually mean fever. These are nonspecific symptoms, i.e. many possible causes -- too many to even guess without more information. Since you've had blood tests, presumably you're under a doctor's care; s/he is in the best position to answer this and other questions. Other symptoms? Did blood work include inflammatory markers (ESR, CRP, maybe procalcitonin)? Chest xray?
