Widespread small vol lymphadenopathy (as per doctor) last few months but all looked normal on scans, so no biopsy, now having drenching night sweats twice a week last month or so, could it be lymphoma?

In view of your night sweats, lymphoma has to be one consideration although these can simply be from benign hormonal causes in your case. I assume your cbc & differential white cell counts & complete metabolic profile & thyroid levels are ok. I feel a lymph.node biopsy will give you peace of mind.

I am a 49 female and felt a swollen supraclavicular lymphnode. Got ultrasound. It's .6mm. They said everything was normal (no Lymphadenopathy, normal morphologically, no masses or fluid). But isn't that too big? My doctor said no need to biopsy?
