Any legally binding letter stating damage from an infection must be procured from a licensed Dr after an in person visit. Who ordered the MRI/PET scans that diagnosed this loss? That Dr is most likely to have the complete infeormation on your history, infection and sequelae to help you.

You have reached the public education site of HealthTap, where we do answer general medical questions, BUT do not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or manage specific cases. In specific, we will not provide medicolegal letters about any neurological disorder. You will need to find a local neurologist who agrees to support your contentions, following a thorough evaluation of your case.
