A member asked:

My husband had a ct scan of his had due to symptoms of headache, foggy brain and recent occasional hypertension. he is 38 years old. the ct scan showed a focal remote infarct of the left caudate nucleus. what is his prognosis? is this likely to recur?

It depends on what was the cause of the infarct? Is that cause/condition still present? It would be prudent to consult a neurologist.
