Am perplexed: Were you exposed to "mold toxins", and why do you feel that this could cause caudate atrophy? If you truly do have shrinkage of bilateral caudate nuclei, would consider Huntington's chorea. Lastly, highly unlikely your structural brain findings can be restored.
