Lower UTI causes dysuria (frequency and burning pain) and change in urine color (turbid, bloody, etc) but not dribbling at the end of voiding. You should practice pelvic exercise for a couple months (google how to do it) and if the symptom does not improve, you should be evaluated by a urologist. It is not quite normal for a young man having that symptom.

Make sure the penis is well out of the pants and in a dependent position when you pee. Wait for about 15-20 seconds after you think you are finished and let the last few drops out. You will be stop dribbling soon as what comes out is what is left in the penis at the end.
