A connection between the intestine and the bladder, most common wit diverticulitis can cause a fistula can produce bubbles in urine. In rare cases in Diabetics, fermentation in the bladder can cause it or emphysematous bladder or kidney infection. I would suggest you see a Urologist for proper diagnosis.
