Many different cause: There are many different causes for pelvic pain. Ask your physician to check for insterstitial cystitis as well.

Referred pain: Your endometriosis is in an area that may stimulate nerve endings causing pain and burning in a distant area from the location of your implants. Robotic excision of endometriosis may significantly decrease these symptoms.
