Obese, lab normal: In my 35 years of practice, I have never seen a case of reactive hypoglycemia. The disorder doesn't exist, if you're overweight the symptoms are a natural response to your glucose level returning to normal. It is not hypoglycemia, which doesn't occur unless you're receiving treatment for diabetes or have had GI surgery, cancer, severe liver or kidney disease.

Needs evaluation: The hba1c is mildly high and could indicate pre-diabetes. You need a fasting glucose and lipid profile to see more. The cortisol level appears high, you need to do an overnight Dexamethasone suppression test to evaluate. Most people who feel shaky after meals do not have low sugars causing it. You should check your sugar with a glucose monitor when you have symptoms.
