You don't: Have hypoglycemia after meals, as it's not a disease and doesn't exist in the absense of diabetes medication, cancer, end-stage liver or kidney disease, GI surgery, etc. If it's a finger-stick it's not accurate in that range. Your adrenal cyst is benign and has nothing to do with your complaints. Cyst should be followed over time. Glucose should be ignored ; it's a natural response to your obesity.
