I have been diagnosed with hypoglycemia (so i think) my insulin level is 18. i was never given a meal plan or sent to a dietitian and would like to know what foods i can eat please. i have been staying away from all sugar, white bread, pasta. ?

Good luck to you: If you have self-diagnosed "hypoglycemia" based on "pop" claims, I hope that you will (1) get a proper screen for real diabetes; (2) reduce caffeine and tobacco if applicable; (3) look at and deal if possible with sources of chronic dysfunctional stress; (4) educate yourself on the real science of "idiopathic postprandial syndrome"; (5) ignore a "spot" insulin level; (6) diet isn't key.
