What could it mean to have a pink to purple nail beds? i'm on a low fat diet for gallbladder issues, feel dizzy, but my oxygen levels are normal. heart rate varies to low 50s to 90s. ekg last month was normal?

pink nail beds are normal. Purplish mean poor circulation and oxygenation. This color perception is subjective and if O2 levels are OK then there is nothing to worry about. Your diet is not related to any of this.
