My daughter got a ecg test for the heart at the hospital it showed possible right atrial enlargement otherwise normal ecg what does that mean ? she has been dizzy and feels fatigue alot?

Please have your daughter follow up with a cardiologist. An ECG is a good start, but not enough to give a complete picture of the problem. Right atrial enlargement means that one of the four chambers of her heart might be larger than it should be, or it could mean the muscle itself is thickened. Either way, she has symptoms and needs more input from a cardiologist.
