I took 4th gen hiv test at 12, 56, and 100 days still cant get over the chance of infection are these result conclusive or do i need to retest at 6 months or should i seek a counselor and try to ge t help with anxiety ?

You are safe so if you worry about catching the disease you should not and you do not need to have test done again in 6 months. If your anxiety is still overwhelmed after knowing the fact, you can see a psychotherapist for counseling.

The HIV AgAb (4th gen) HIV tests are conclusive any time 6 weeks or more after the last possible exposure. You can be sure you do not have HIV and need no more testing. If you can't shake this fear despite this reassurance -- and perhaps from your own doctor as well -- counseling may be the way to go. (Whenever someone suspects s/he would benefit from counseling, almost always s/he is right!)
