There is a situation where i got injured by needle syringe that already been used. i do the hiv test 3 times in 3 months and got all negatives result. but am i still possible to get hiv infection?

Not infected: Assuming you had standard HIV tests (antigen-antibody, i.e. 4th generation, or 3rd generation antibody test) more than 6-8 weeks after the event, and for sure by 3 months, the negative results prove you weren't infected. No worries.
