Yes, a negative AgAb ("4th generation") HIV blood test at 100 days is 100% proof you do not have HIV. Even without the PCR it is conclusive, but that negative result confirms the truth. Don't get sucked into internet BS; best to stop searching online (anybody can write whatever they want, no matter how false!). Anyway, a single condom breakage is not likely to lead to HIV infection.
