I don't know why i feel drunk and dizzy when i take my valsartan 40mg. @ 10am bp is 112/71 pulse 76 and 9pm 108/71 70. i take it at bedtime. the 80mg was also making me nauseous. i feel foggy all day. waiting for sleep apnea treatment?

There are numerous anti-hypertensive drug choices, and it may be that valsartan is not your best choice due to adverse side effects. The "sleep apnea", if untreated will result in poor sleep patterns and daytime fatigue, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating. Have a lengthy discussion with your doctor and modify your interventions as needed.
