Testicular injury.. is it possible that the ultrasound shows everything okay while my symptoms (mild dull pain, stabbing pain during ejaculation) persist? what other exams would you recommend? ct scan maybe? two weeks have passed, but no changes..?

Rather than doing more tests, it would be more important to consult with a urologist. Wish you good health!

A clinical exam by a Urologist. If ultrasound is OK then there is nothing seriously wrong. Try a good scrotal support, local heat x 3 a day and otc Ibuprofen in the meantime
