I had a testicular injury in sept. after the exam doc prescribed diclofenac, i was fine by oct. i was fine for two months, but now i'm feeling that stabbing pain again in my testicle, which gets worse when i ejaculate. what do i do? no doc until jan?

If there is no contraindication for using NSAID again, you can buy a NSAID over the counter such as ibuprofen, naproxen, etc. and use as needed until you can see your doctor in January. You can request a urology referral for a better care about this problem.

Use local heat 2-3 xs a day , use ibuprfen and wear a good scrotal support underwear. Hope you feek better
