I got a testicular injury a month ago. i'm over an ofloxacin cure, now i take diclofenac. ultrasound didn't show any problem but the dull stabbing pain won't go :( i'm a bit worried. is it normal that such an "invisible" injury is healing for months?

Confusing question. Ofloxacin treats infection (epididymitis), not injury. Regardless of the cause of pain, diclofenac may help. However, testicular pain can persist for long periods after either infection or injury, and does not necessarily indicate a continuing serious problem. Discuss with a urologist. Good luck.
