Fasciculations l foot spread to calf, then spread to other foot and calf 24/7 (3 mo), and then randomly in arms, back hands. emg clean. good strength so farvibrations in the back of head when sleeping and jerks blood and electro's good. als or pd?

So far, it appears that you have benign fasciculations and nocturnal myoclonic jerks. There does not seem to be any reason to diagnose "ALS or PD". Suggest a second opinion from an experienced local neurologist.
