Your symptoms are non-specific and may suggest an early neuromuscular problem. It in not feasible to play a guessing game, and instead, advise you to consider a visit to a neuromuscular specialist. Folks in your age group can present with ALS, and cannot easily exclude any possibility based upon your scanty description, and absence of a thorough evaluation.
