Neurologic symptoms: The symptoms described suggest a neurological disorder. Have your doctor work with a neurologist to get to the bottom of this.

Right arm, hand and right foot feel tight and heavy. No real weakness. Random muscles twitches throughout body. Tongue also feels too big for mouth and feels like its in the way when talking. I have very bad health anxiety. Could this be early ALS?
