What causes numbness in tip of ring finger & 4th toe on same side of body. intermittent burning pain in arms and also occasional finger tremor/twitches. allll blood work clear, brain & spine mri clear and clean emg. ana 1:640 but clear blood work too?

You have had a thorough work-up and current symptoms are not life threatening or debilitating so you just have to watch those symptoms for now, do not worry too much. If you truly have an underlying problem as the cause, sooner or later more specific symptoms will present then further investigation will be initiated. Good luck and take care!
