I know that a mole sitting on top of a hair follicle can have hair growing out of it, but I don't recall ever seeing a keratosis with hair growing out of it. Keratoses can be different colors. Since any mole can become malignant, look out for changes and get a skin checkup by a dermatologist at least yearly.

Genital warts are flesh colored. See a dermatologist and follow her/his advice. Doubting a competent doc leads to all kinds of problems
