Do genital warts keep spreading. most in pubic area right above penis. some on other side by scrotum and groin. most hard hair coming out of them. dark red to brown. could it be seborrheic keratosis? can hair grow out of them? moles? please help?

Self diagnosis is dangerous and wrong. Best is for you to see a dermatologist or Urologist for diagnosis and management. Warts do not have hair grow out of them. Good luck.
