You're back again! Did you ever see a doctor in person? No clear answers available without direct exam, as you have been advised repeatedly on this forum. Pubic and scrotal skin bumps usually are not genital warts.

Without exam no definite diagnosis can be made. You should see a Urologist for the other warts anyhow.
