I have frequent pvcs (on metoprolol) &was just prescribed flexeril for muscle spasms. the medication information handout says not to take if you have an arrhythmia. do pvcs count? the doc that prescribed flexeril is aware of pvcs. safe to take?

It is not absolutely contraindicated in your case. However, the combination of flexeril and metoprolol may lower your blood pressure further so you should pay attention for the symptoms of low blood pressure such as lightheadedness when changing position, generalized weakness or fatigue.
